One Touch Invite delivers a digital product instantly on payment. Because the customisation form unlocks the moment your payment is verified, there is no traditional "cancellation window" for the order itself. This page explains the cancellation options available at every stage of your relationship with us.
1. Cancelling an order
An order cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed and the dashboard access has unlocked, because the digital product has been delivered. If you change your mind within 48 hours of purchase and have not yet published your invite, you can request a refund instead — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy §1(a).
Payment-time abandonment (closing the Razorpay window before charge) is not a cancellation event — no order is created and no refund is required.
2. Unpublishing an invite
You can take a published invite offline at any time from your dashboard. Unpublishing:
- Removes the public URL — guests visiting the link will see a "this invitation is no longer available" page.
- Preserves all your customisation data so you can republish later if you change your mind.
- Does not qualify for a refund. The product was delivered the moment you published.
To unpublish: open My Invites in your dashboard → click the invite → Settings → Unpublish.
3. Closing your account
You can close your One Touch Invite account at any time. To do so, email onetouchinvites@gmail.com from the address registered to the account with the subject line Close my account. We will:
- Confirm the closure request within 1 business day.
- Unpublish all live invites associated with the account within 7 days.
- Delete account data per the retention timelines in our Privacy Policy §6.
Account closure does not entitle you to a refund of any prior purchase. Payment records are retained for 8 years to comply with Indian tax law, irrespective of closure.
4. Hosting renewal cancellation
If you opted into the optional ₹500/year hosting renewal, you can cancel future renewals at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid hosting period — you continue to receive hosting until that period expires, after which the invite goes offline automatically. Mid-cycle hosting fees are not refunded.
5. Custom-work cancellation
If you have engaged us for custom structural changes (paid via a separate Razorpay link), cancellation terms are spelled out in the custom quote we send before charging. In general:
- Cancellation before work begins → 100% refund.
- Cancellation during work → partial refund proportional to work not yet completed (we share the breakdown).
- Cancellation after delivery → no refund.
6. Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order or terminate an account in the limited cases set out in our Terms of Service §20 — including breach of Terms, fraudulent payment activity, copyright violation, or abusive support behaviour. Cancellation by us does not entitle you to a refund except as expressly provided in the Refund Policy.
